Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all students enrolling in driving lessons or courses with Ladies First Driving School.

 

1. Return Policy

  • We offer a 14-day return policy.

2. Test Booking Policy

  • Non-refundable once booked.
  • The test will be scheduled within 10 to 12 weeks from the time of booking.
  • In extreme circumstances, we may allow a test date change.
  • If you wish to change the test date, a £50 rescheduling fee applies.
  • You will need to wait another 10 to 12 weeks for a new test booking.

3. Courses Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit is not refundable if you want the deposit refunded you need to cancel in 14 days.
  • Once the test is booked Courses and test will not be refundable.
  • Courses will be refunded in medical emergency need to send the proof for eligible for a refund.
  • Practical test fee will not be refunded if course is not going ahead.

4. Test Booking with Courses

  • Customers must book a course if they want a practical test.
  • If a course is not booked, the practical test fee will be refunded.
  • Our team will contact you within 5 working days to discuss your booking.
  • Your assigned instructor will reach out to arrange lessons. Please allow 5 working days for this process.

5. Independent Test Booking

  • If a student books a course but chooses to arrange their own test, they must inform the instructor at the time of booking.
