All course and test bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you wish to cancel a course, you must do so at least 10 days before the course start date. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel a practical test but have not booked a course, the test fee will be refunded.
2. Test Rescheduling
Once a test is booked, it cannot be canceled but can be rescheduled in extreme circumstances.
A £50 rescheduling fee applies.
A new test date will require a 10 to 12-week wait from the rescheduling date.
3. Instructor & Lesson Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, you must notify your instructor at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed or last-minute cancellations will result in the lesson being charged in full.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed lessons, late test cancellations, or course withdrawals made less than 10 days before the course start.
If a test is booked without a course, the practical test fee will be refunded upon cancellation.
