2. Car Fee for the Test Day (Recommended: 3 Hours)
The car usage fee for the test day covers the time needed for the test itself. Additional time for practice before the test or for drop-off after the test is not included in the test day car fee and must be paid separately.
✅ Recommended Schedule for Test Day:
✔️ 1.5 hours of practice before the test
✔️ 45 minutes for the test itself
✔️ Time for drop-off after the test
✔️ We usually recommend a total of 3 hours on the test day.
✅ This would include:
✔️ Pickup from your location
✔️ Practice session
✔️ Arrival at the test centre
✔️ Driving test
✔️ Drop-off afterward
3. Refund car fee
✔️ Need 7 days notice for a refund for a car fee
4. Test Rescheduling
✔️ Once a test is booked, it cannot be canceled but can be rescheduled in extreme circumstances.
✔️ A £50 rescheduling fee applies.
✔️ A new test date will require a 10 to 12-week wait from the rescheduling date.
5. Instructor & Lesson Cancellations
✔️ If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, you must notify your instructor at least 48 hours in advance.
✔️ Missed or last-minute cancellations will result in the lesson being charged in full.
6. Refund Policy
✔️ No refunds will be issued for missed lessons, late test cancellations, or course withdrawals made less than 14 days before the course start.
✔️ If a test is booked without a course, the practical test fee will be refunded upon cancellation.
